El comunicado se ha hecho p\u00fablico tras confirmar que la Administraci\u00f3n de L\u00edmites Presupuestarios (ALP) ha completado la revisi\u00f3n de la documentaci\u00f3n entregada por cada una de las escuder\u00edas que participaron en el Campeonato de F1 de 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La administraci\u00f3n ha emitido certificados de cumplimiento a siete de las diez escuder\u00edas. Seg\u00fan \u00e9ste organismo de la FIA, las tres restantes han incumplido la norma por los siguientes respectivos motivos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Se considera que Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One Team incurre en una Infracci\u00f3n de Procedimiento del Reglamento Financiero. <\/li><li>Se considera que Oracle Red Bull Racing incurre en Infracciones de Procedimiento y Gastos Excedentes Menores del Reglamento Financiero.<\/li><li>Williams Racing ha cumplido con las Regulaciones financieras con respecto al Per\u00edodo de informe de 2021, con la excepci\u00f3n de un Incumplimiento de procedimiento anterior con respecto al cual la Administraci\u00f3n de l\u00edmite de costos celebr\u00f3 un ABA con Williams en mayo de 2022. Este Incumplimiento de procedimiento luego fue subsanado por Williams en de manera oportuna, cooperativa y transparente.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"http:\/\/pitlanef1.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/79-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.firstlapf1.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/79-1024x576.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.firstlapf1.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/79-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.firstlapf1.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/79-768x432.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.firstlapf1.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/79-1536x864.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/www.firstlapf1.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/79.jpeg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La FIA tambi\u00e9n ha se\u00f1alado que, ya que 2021 ha sido el primer a\u00f1o de aplicaci\u00f3n de las Regulaciones financieras, la intervenci\u00f3n de la ALP de la FIA se ha limitado a revisar las presentaciones realizadas por las escuder\u00edas y que no se han iniciado investigaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En base al Reglamento Financiero, las sanciones por una \u00abInfracci\u00f3n Deportiva Menor\u00bb (por la que se investiga a Red Bull) van desde una reprimenda p\u00fablica hasta una deducci\u00f3n de puntos en ambos campeonatos.
