Muchos son los equipos que se encuentran vacantes a esta alturas de la temporada, ya sea por falta de presupuesto o por buscar otras alternativas de cara a 2026<\/a> en categor\u00edas como la F\u00f3rmula E. En este caso, Trident ya confirm\u00f3 que, tanto Meguetounif como Esterson no continuar\u00edan a partir de Azerbaiy\u00e1n. En Bak\u00fa, subieron a Stenshorne y Van Hoepen. No obstante, para Qatar<\/a>, el noruego correr\u00e1 con Rodin en su preparaci\u00f3n para 2026, mientras que el neerland\u00e9s s\u00ed contin\u00faa en la escuadra italiana. Le acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1, solo en Losail, James Wharton, que correr\u00e1 pro primera vez en la F2, tras haber asegurado su futuro un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s en la F3, esta vez con PREMA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bbEstoy incre\u00edblemente agradecido a Trident por darme la oportunidad de competir en la F2. Sin duda es un gran paso en mi carrera, suponiendo un mayor reto, como un monoplaza m\u00e1s potente, m\u00e1s degradaci\u00f3n y las paradas en boxes. Aprovechar\u00e9 esta oportunidad al m\u00e1ximo y, aunque no corra en el campeonato el a\u00f1o que viene, me lo tomar\u00e9 como un aprendizaje y espero conseguir un gran resultado.\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bbEstamos encantados de poder contar con James para la pr\u00f3xima ronda de F2. Es uno de los pilotos m\u00e1s talentosos que hemos visto en la F3 este a\u00f1o, siendo un piloto r\u00e1pido. Debutar en Qatar no ser\u00e1 f\u00e1cil pero llega extremadamente preparado, as\u00ed que espero que d\u00e9 sus frutos.\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wharton ha logrado 1 victoria y un podio, quedando 18\u00ba en la clasificaci\u00f3n general de la F3 2025. Este ha sido su primer a\u00f1o completo en la categor\u00eda de bronce, habiendo debutado en 2024 en Silverstone para sustituir, precisamente, a Stenshorne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
